Project Management

Our New Projects Team is a cross-functional group of engineers, tool makers, technical administrators, production specialists and metrologists.  When a product design is finalised, they will manage:

  • The design and manufacture of injection mould tools in the UK or overseas
  • Safe transport of tools by sea or air to our Oxfordshire production facility
  • The testing and validation of new parts, using processes based on the automotive PPAP system
  • Continued part validation for at least six runs of production, before it is signed off and passed to our production team

At all stages, customers have close access to the New Projects Team and will know exactly what stage a project has reached and how soon it will be ready for production.
