1973 White Horse Plastics is founded in Oxfordshire by Rod Houghton & partners.
1992 A new business plan marks a shift to technical moulding.
1993 The company moves to Stanford-in-the-Vale, allowing scope for significant expansion.
1996 An in-house tooling facility is established. ISO 9002 is achieved.
2002 ISO14001:1996 is achieved.
2003 TS16949:2002 is achieved.
2006 Construction of a third building is completed.
2016 A white room moulding facility is constructed & ISO13485 is achieved.
2018 Rod Houghton retires and the management team buy out the business.
2019 A new business plan sets the objective to increase the tight tolerance medical portfolio.
2020 The Covid-19 pandemic dents automotive output but several promising new projects are started.

White Horse Plastics is a UK based injection moulding company specialising in the design and production of tight tolerance components and sub assemblies for the medical, automotive and UK Manufacturing sectors.
We are based in Stanford-in-the-Vale, close to the research laboratories of South Oxfordshire, run 30+ moulding machines in 20,000 square feet of space and employ more than 20 specialist engineers and operators.
